Default question about rc1

the thing I loved more in the old version of bs player was that I had access at the audio/video codec panels during playback. I was able to change that while watching a film, for example setting up post processing and filtering in ffdshow or in the divx panel. in other player like windows mediaplayer it is necessary to restart the application to see changes, in bs player you do it on the fly. now I've installed the new version and I cannot find this possibility anymore :( . possible? I hope to be wrong, please let me know where this option is hidden....
