capture frame this for real?

can u take pics of vid clips with this? i tryed i just get pics of colord blur. eny one played with capture frame? be so cool if it dose take pics of clips, eny one help??? i have a att wat comes up wen i use capture frame

My settings are:
BSPlayer 1, build 803
Convert software.... YV12 format
Jpg
And all works ok.
