Does the newest verison suppor overlay?

Does the newest verison suppor overlay? Can you escribe how to adjust it.
I have Matrox g550. Now am i getting a small black box on my tvwith bsplayer, while MediaPlayer overlay works.
But i would like to use bsplayer, as this is the best divx player.
