Unable to install bsplayer pro

I am using Win 10 pro (x64). Recently I renewed my subscription and downloaded a fresh copy of v270.1080 of bsplayer pro. However, during installation it will not go passed the "installing" screen as you may see in the attachment. Please provide instructions.
