Default Can't find subtitles in specific movies

I made download the movie Casablanca from one streaming site, but i can't find subtitles directly from the application, altough i confirmed the BSPLayer got the subtitles from the movie. I made another test with another the movie and this situation repeat again. This situation not happen with movies download from the torrents.

The question is: How BSPlayer search subtitles? It's only by the name?

Thank you and regards
