"shaking" picture in some dc++ downloaded films

Have anybody idea if there is any cure for a films downloaded using DC++. The picture of some films are "shaking". I find that there is an action of deliberately damaging. But after editing in VirtualDub (in the inner window) film was playing well. After "saving as avi..." there was no effect.
