No Audio

Hello .Since yesterday March 30,I have no audio(video/audio files) even though the video plays out.It is like the sound is on mute.This is happening on my desk top -windows 7-(in the laptop -XP- the sound is just fine).Also the sound is OK with VLC,MPC, Windows Media Player. Can smn help me? Thank you!

First of all, check if isn't indeed muted. Go full screen and use mouse wheel up. Second, with a file playing, go to sound mixer and check if BSPlayer's output isn't muted
