Lost Video Window

Well i watching a movie and the main video window was small (not full screen) and i click it and used my mouse to drag it around, next thing i know it like slides off the damn screen. How can i get it back without seeing it? Is it even possible, or will i have to reinstall.

I cannot get a higher resolution either im at the max this card can do.
