Help menu??????

I have been all over the forum and the bs sight. Nowhere can I find a help file regarding how to use plug ins, get the eq to work, enable dsp through winamp,save colour settings, etc...etc. I like the player and the options seems interesting. would be ever so cool if I knew how to deploy even one of them. AKA: Help :(
