 Tool that puts black bars on screen?
Is there any tool(software) that will fool other software that you have only 800x450 resolution. On top and bottom will be black bars. When you maximize your other app, it only goes to the black borders.
Do you remember spedia or some other program. When you have been running Spedia, IE could only be resized to that spedia bar. This tool should do the same.
