Default Problem with sound on Vcd's

I think BSPlayer is a great piece of software and would like to use it to play my VCD's as well as DivX.

However I often encounter problems with the soundtrack when playing a vcd or mpeg1 with BSPlayer. The sound will often loose synchronisation or will contain high pitched 'squeeks', perhaps this is because BSPlayer is having a problem de-muxing the file?

I've tried the same vcd's with other mpeg2 players like WinDVD and they play without a problem.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem, since I'd really like to use BSPlayer for playback of all video files

Thanks
