BSPlayer - Error Message then Physical Restart required

Getting the exact same error with Bsplayer 137.826. Have used exactly this version for months at least and worked ok. On my second pc this version is still installed and works normally. Liked this version because it was freeware and not adware as later versions. Using ffdshow, but even with it uninstalled the error still appers. Even when I just start bsplay via icon without any file and close it still hangs up.
