Capture Audio, Video, and Closed caption at same time?

Hi,

I have a capture card and I was wondering if BSplayer Pro captures audio, video, and closed caption (subtitles) from cable tv at the same time? If not will BSplayer Pro display the closed caption audio and video and the same times from cable tv?

BSplayer Pro is able to display/capture audio and video simultaneously from antenna and cable tv channels after you configure them appropriately. If subtitles are sent as a separate stream through cable connection I don't know if it's able to capture them, I only tried with antenna channels..

As I said I never tried with cable channels (and I can't try since my tuner card is not capable of this).. I think you have to ask this to developpers or to wait for someone else to reply to your question..sorry..

Could you pleas tell us what chip does your card use ? Or at least the model name ?
Normally it doesn't matter what you input to your capture card, the capture chipset is the one responsible for what you have on the screen. The chip in the card does the capture, not the software. The software is the one that take the signal from the chip. So, as long as BSPlayer can handle teletext, probably it can handle also closed captions too. If there is no answer from the developpers, sole solution is to try with a cracked version, and buy after.
