Default Help get rid of this error message.

I had serious windows problem after 3 years of working (Win2000). I had to perform repair, and then reinstall service pack 4 and all updates. Now When i try to open any video in BSplayer - i get this message, when i close it, BSplayer plays perfectly.

I understand that this is NOT a BSplayer's fault by all means.
Just wanted to find out how to fix that.
Thanks.

Maybe you can try to download and install user32.dll from this site

(remember to backup your existing user32.dll file before overwriting it with the one downloaded from there)

EDIT:
It seems that some people have problems with that dll file downloaded from ddl-files.com on Win2000 systems (somebody else don't have such a problem).
By searching the net I found several messages saying that that problem may be caused by a missing DirectX9 installation.
Download DirectX9 from Microsoft web site or throught LiveUpdate and the problem should disappears..

That's an old USER32 from Win95 (44 kB) and is almost useless these days.

WinXP SP1: 547 kB
Win98: 54 kB.
Win2k: 393 kB.

I can send these USER32 libraries if anybody needs them.
