Capture problem

Hi ^^ I'm Italian, so sorry for my english, maybe it's not so good as your XD

I've a little problem with the frame capturing ... simply, it doesn't work..i presss " p " to capture a frame, then I go in the place where it save the image captured and when I open this, it's blank , it tells " Preview not available " !!

Maybe someone of you can help me ?

I suggest you to read the whole "READ THIS FIRST BEFORE POSTING POST" in particular way the item (b) under MISCELLANEOUS section, then if you have more questions/problems come back and we'll try to help you
