Default Same format(mpeg1) but opened by different decoders

My default MPEG1 decoder is quartz.dll (default decoder of Windows). After installing Elecard MPEG-2 Decoder&Streaming Pack 1.0.50824, some of my MPEG1 files is opened by Elecard, some of MPEG1 files are opened by quartz.dll (default Windows's decoder).

Why? How can i choose decoder for every MPEG1 file if there is a difference when opening the same format file???

Additionaly, quartz.dll runs smoother than Elecard when Playing MPEG1 files, also if i select "internal renderer overlay" in BSPLAYER as rendering mode when using Elecard, the video does not play, it gets weird colors and lines like scratched. So i had to change rendering mode to "overlay mixer" valid for only Elecard.

Please post your helps and comments.

I only tested this issue on: Celeron 800, 128 MB SD-RAM, Trident Cyberblade VGA 8MB shared memory.

Best regards.

And by changing filters priority for MPEG1 contents in BSplayer preferences? (CTRL+P -> Filter management)

I did it (quartz.dll has more priority) but still some of MPEG1 files are opened by Elecard with licence notes on the screen. Maybe these licence notes make video jerky?

Additionaly, although CPU usage is under %60, why are my some MPEG1 videos are played jerky, jittery when decoding with Elecard with the version i attacted in my first topic message?

1) Do not use the decoder which overlays license nag or logo on its OSD. Get my decoder pack instead. This decoder has been extracted from an old version of K-Lite Pack.

2) You NEED to lower the merit of Elecard MPEG-2 Demultiplexer. If you don't then this demuxer will hijack mpeg-1 streams, MPEG-2 in Matroska and maybe other combinations. This splitter is unable to decode above media files.
