Is BS.Player the only program affected?
http://search.microsoft.com/results.....dll&x=11&y=10

(P.S.: Googling internet gives very different results. From faulty RAM to Internet Explorer 7 issues.)
(Any error report?)

Any common denominator in those two movies to your knowledge?

Maybe when you encounter the problem again it could be explored a bit further.

Crash happened again, but files in this and earlier crash, has nothing in common. :? In earlier crash, file was: avi, AC3 & XviD. In this recent crash, file was: mkv, AAC & h264. I use CoreAVC for h264 and FFDShow for XviD. Maybe the reason is in player itself. I use version 2.10.939.

Maybe update to latest version first.
Version 2.21 now (or wait a bit for version 2.22).
Users which frequent this forum most likely will not be using your version anymore, which makes it a bit difficult to check things.

Again, like in the other thread, no problem here. There seems to be something peculiar going on on your PC.

I decided to install 1.36 version and shortcuts are working fine now.

Is there any known big bugs in 1.36 Build 825?

I don't really remember. I personally also have (i.a.) version 1.37 still installed on my PC. (The last version without ad-ware support.) And I don't think it has any major flaws. FYI here is a changelog file upto version 1.37 (click here).

This is said, where i downloaded that 1.36 version:

Version 1.36 is more stable. Some small bugs are fixed in 1.37 but also some new bigger ones added.

Always possible, but personally I've no problems with 1.37.
Anyway here is changelog of version 1 player "post 1.37":
Version 1.39.829
- video window border is now 'normal' again
- some fixes for WMV files encoded with screen encoder
Version 1.38.828
- config file is now saved in user home directory
- fixed problem with resetting aspect ratio when movie was paused
- fixed problem with aspect ratio in play list
- with some files there was no audio if EQ was enabled, fixed
- fixed problem with flipped video with some codec/files
- audio files won't be restarted anymore after resolution change
- some subtitle fixes
- fixed problem with YV12 color space ('strange' colors)
- won't crash anymore with mkv files and disabled subtitles
- some fixes for frame capture
- mute button wasn't working in full screen skins, fixed
- some other bug fixes/

(P.S.: If I remember correctly it was rather simple to remove ad-support from version 1.38.)

Just got another crash. Wasn't crashed for a long time until now. Again blamed about ntdll.dll.

Any idea what can cause this ntdll.dll crash?

I still sometimes get these ntdll.dll crashes. Only with BSPlayer. Currently using 1.38 version, but there has been crashes with other versions too. Also got other Catalyst drivers now, so i don't think it's because of display drivers..

Does anyone else got these ntdll.dll crashes?

I'm afraid Digiface is the only person who can deduce what causes the system to crash. Only you know what software you have installed recently. We have no possibility to experiment with removal of installed apps or to observe if the crash happens only while some TSRs are running.
