Default AC3Filter executable grown too big!

I recently checked the development of AC3Filter to see if it's worth upgrading and was surprised how this good old decoder has been bloated. The main executable of v1.45 is now 1.37 Megabytes. I mean the basic goal of this library is decoding AC3 and DTS as closely to the specifications as possible. Why such increase in memory compared to the earliest versions?

It is now available in several languages. The library used for that localization support adds about 1 MB to the size.

I also would prefer a smaller English only version.
