Video rendering on Vista BSPlayer was the best video player, but with Vista and overlay it's gone in to big problems. VMR9 and EVR rendering are bad substitute for overlay; - Video is very blurry (compared to overlay) - Subtitle support is horrible (come on BSPlayer Development Team ... look what advanced subtitle support they have created in KMPlayer with VMR9) Only good "temporary" rendering substitute is DirectDraw, but BSplayer is very unstable while using it. Vista is in store from January 30, 2007; but we still have less than an average video player. :arrow: As a BIG fan of BSPlayer, I'm asking you to PLEASE fix these issues; so that we finally again have the video player that "rock the world". :x |

If AERO isn't so necesary for you while watching a video file, then internal renderer should generate the best image. It's not the solution, just a workaround while the Vista support gets better.

hi! i have a problem with blurry picture in vista bsplayer 2.51. i tried all rendering options. it is an avi file of 350mb for a 45min tv show so the quality should be better. how to increase video quality? thanx |
