fixed file association bug......

If someone else can confirm. At least on my computer, when opening a file by doubleclick on it, the screen refresh, icons refresh like BS.Player is trying to re-assign file association.
If I open the file through BS.Player, no such thing.
It may be a bug fix for file association but it becomes a visual bug and it's getting more and more annoing.

I've noticed a couple things. For some reason, on occasions this new beta will crash when I pause a video. I do use a Remote Wonder, although never had this problem with previous versions.

Also, not necessarily a bug, but I notice I can no longer add unfinished video files to the playlist. By that I mean, I'm still downloading it. In previous versions it would let it be added ok, obviously it wouldn't play it though. Now when I try to do it it will crash. I do this because I will add something in to watch next, but since it is downloading, it will usually be done by the time I finish what I'm currently watching.

Also, lately I've been getting prompts when I start up BSPlayer that there is a new version available, 2.58.1054.
