The .ts fies can be played by VLC ( http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ ) without any problem.
But I prefer BSPlayer, and I hope it will support this format directly. Moreover it is not necessary...

Will BSPlayer play DVB transport stream files with extention TS?
There are many DVB receivers with write options (on inner HDD), and I think it will wery usefull option for a lot of peoples.
