Got some problem here, every time I’m trying to play *.wmv file, I’ve got some buffering for 3 sec, in any other player video plays without any delay. What should I do?

Why in new version of BSPlayer 2.21.950 I can’t resize video with mouse scroll and can’t go in full screen with 2clicks on video window, as it was in previous releases…
