<CustomExt type="string">;*.EXT</CustomExt>
(just above the BSplayer LANGUAGE line)

I just tried with BSplayer v2.12 (2.14 is on another PC) and it worked... just select the added extension (not chek, but just highlight it), then press the remove button ;)
