With movie loaded look (after right-mouse-click) under "Options" > "Filters" > "Advanced".
If you see a XVID-decoder-filter, click on the small [+] sign to open its sub-branches and check if there is a possibility to "flip video" in its settings.
If this does not help, please report back which filters are shown.
