Your subtitle (.idx + .sub) is a graphic based subtitle which, as opposed text-based subtitles (you can check if they are readable in e.g. Notebook), cannot be played using BSPlayer's native feature to play subtitles. It requires an additional application (e.g. VobSub), but the combination often gives problems (e.g. to the effect that textbased subtitles are displayed twice). So, I would suggest to find your subtitle in a text-based format (e.g. in SubRib's .srt or in MicroDVD's .sub format). Under item 9 of my
