1) bspfilters.sam sam = sam-ple
2) every line starts with ; this mean that it is a comment
3) Look at pathes (eg. C:\temp\MatroskaSplitter.ax), these are fake pathes.
4.5) acutally there is section called "Filters that are always loaded", but I can't say if it's just example or if it's taken from real BSplayer settings and even if it is then that's not (everything) I wanted to know.
