Default what codecs/filters BSP use?

If I understand correctly BSPlayer uses the "default" set of codecs/filters to play opened movie. However it is set not to load VSFiter. So my question is, are there any other situations in which BSPlayer won't use "default" codec/filter?
Also, I wonder, where (or where in windows registry) and how is this "default" configuration written?

Probably only bst can answer this question.
But probably it reads the fourCC code from the file, ask windows registry what filter is available for decoding the stream and load it. And I thinkl that is in it's code. Can't change this unless changing the code.

Yes, yes. Possibly. *waits for answer from Someone who knows the answer*

I think that all of it is handled by DirectShow, and choosing filter is independent from BSPlayer. But BSPlayer can somehow set the preferences of DirectShow, or probably just get list of all available filters, and eventually choose the "default" one. But that's OT. *Googles for that*

bst is the one who created BSPlayer, that's why I mentioned him to be the one who can answer.

I don't think so.
[edit] Now I'm sure - that is just a sample file.

1) bspfilters.sam sam = sam-ple
2) every line starts with ; this mean that it is a comment
3) Look at pathes (eg. C:\temp\MatroskaSplitter.ax), these are fake pathes.
4.5) acutally there is section called "Filters that are always loaded", but I can't say if it's just example or if it's taken from real BSplayer settings and even if it is then that's not (everything) I wanted to know.
