Check under filters which codec/filter is actually used to play your file.
(rightclick > Options > Filters > Advanced)
Check if if offers in its configurationsettings perhaps a possibility as required by you.
Otherwise you could search at
www.winamp.com for a suitable plugin; e.g.
this one perhaps? (havn't tried it myself!)
Another possibility maybe is
matrix mixer.
