You can use bookmark function for that.
Default key to add bookmark: Alt+I
And to edit (and e.g. export) bookmarks: Alt+Ctrl+I
The .chf (chapters)-file thus created is in fact a simple (plain) textfile and can be further edited e.g. in Wordpad or Notepad.

(or through rightclick > Bookmarks...)
