Well, that's the problem :roll: The first email I recieved (except for the WorldPay confirmations, payment IDs and stuff) is this:

Dear customer,
we are checking your transaction for BSplayer PRO license.

Please send confirmation about your purchase.

Take care, BSplayer team.

so, I confirmed and get this:

We will send you licence.
