If VirtualDubMod opens it then it must be either Ogg, Matroska or AVI. I say get rid of that DivX Demuxer. If it is an Ogg file, you install OggDS, if it is a Matroska file – Gabest's Matroska Splitter, AVI – install nothing and use M$ default splitter.
