I'm sure it's an AVI (divx 5.0)..
I've ripped it myself ;)
I've place the [Chapters] section in MyMovie.bsi instead of .chf...
It seems to work !!
but the .cbf doesn't stay on the screen, I still have to pause the film to see my chapter's pictures... too bad :|
