Oops, sorry, I saw now that you are using v1.37 and not 2.xx :oops:
You only need to open the Playlist (ALT+E), add the russian+english file to the list, select it, and in the right side of the playlist window you have to select Audio stream

Now just save the playlist in the format you prefer and next time start the playlist file instead of the AVI
