I pointed you to that thread because in my tests the only time I wasn't able to register BS.Player under Vista was by using a keygenned key (that worked in v2.14)

If the problem is that the UAC doesn't let people to register/install softwares completely, then contact Microsoft, because this is not a BS.Player fault, there are many many many programs out there that are not able to successfully install/register due to UAC prevention.
As already suggested here, the only way to install/register these programs is to disable UAC (or to say yes to its questions) and run programs as administrator.
If this problem will be assigned definitely to a BS.Player bug, then I'll add it to the BUGS list ;)

BS.Player authors read almost all this entire forum posts, no need to post messages in every section to bring attention up.
If a BS.Player customer user (as you since you paid for it) has problems that we (other users like you) can't fix, then we can directly contact them to bring their attention to the specific case (anyway by contacting them throught the
http://bsplayer.com/en/contact_us/ form is the best way to have support by them for a customer like you)
