1) First you will need
FLV splitter:

(register splitter manually by typing "regsvr32 <filename>" in cmd)

(installer included - just install)
2) Then you need
FLV decoder (ffdshow newer versions contain one).
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/FFDShow.htm Make sure you have checked the box in front of FLV1 in ffdshow options.
3) play file
