Just tried it myself.
Seems 'new style' playlist can be used only once.
If you use 'old style' playlists you can also have more playlist-occurrences if you selected "Allow multiple instances" for BS.Player.
Please try and let us know:
(rightclick >) Options > Preferences > Playlist
Select "Use 'old style' playlist"

P.S.:
I don't know if this is an intentional difference or not.
