Tizio: did you try?
If I use "C:\Program Files\Webteh\BSPlayer2pro\bsplayer.exe" -hide
typed in under [Start] > [Run] BS.Player doesn't appear hidden for me either.

SCHMITT:
If I create a link in Windows (XP) with bsplayer.exe as target and in the link's properties I select "minimalized" under "Run", then BS.Player's main window (control panel) is indeed minimalized (though not on system's tray but on task-bar). Maybe that's an option for you?
(I use BSPlayer2pro as folder for latest version to enable me to also keep the older versions to test)
