I know this Divx Decoder filter is useless. I mean, is it possible to install only the Divx encoder?

Encoder = necessary to encode files using Divx settings/compression. Used on VirtualDub, Sony Vegas, etc.

Decoder = necessary to decode videos. Useless, since FFDSHOW is doing the job.

What I need = DiVx Encoder without the Divx decoder that is messing these Xvid packed-bitstream files.

Now do I make myself clear? 8) Sorry for not being so precisely before. :)
