well, maybe for us Europeans it's simpler to know/remember other European countries, but Hungary is not a so small and anonymous country... and what if the question was "What's the capital of Liechtenstein?" or "What's the country also known as Albion?"
I'm really ignorant in some fields, but I think I never heard of something similar before about well known European countries... nothing against women, and nothing against the blond ones, but maybe there's a bit or truth in the stereotype of blond stupidity (just kidding ;) )
Maybe the real question they had to ask her is:
"What's a country?" :roll:
But the most hilarious part is when the kid made laugh of her :lol:
