OK, maybe let's try if a rough remedy does the trick.
Exit BSPlayer
(In e.g. Explorer) Browse to C:\Program Files\Webteh\BSplayer
(Note that is the default folder; you may have changed it at installation)
Now rename the file BSplayer.[yourname].xml to something different.
Restart BSPlayer.
Result?
Note this way you will loose any previous settings, which go back to default (so undoing any unintentional settings caused by "fumbling around".)
If that doesn't work I'm afraid I cannot really help you as I don't have the version that you're using installed on my PC (what comes closest is version 137).
By the way: why don't you
download and install the most up-to-date FREE version of BS.Player ?
