Unfortunately you do not mention what type of video file it concerned (or did you just start-up the Player when the error occurred?) nor did you show the actual bug (error) report.
Seems you've more videoplayers installed. Any of them recently?
Did you allow BS.Player to locally install codecs upon its installation?
From where did you download Pro-version? What is its build number?
