Do the other accounts have the same Windows' rights and privileges (e.g. UAC) with respect to BS.Player's installation folder as the account used at installation? (Your OS is ?)
Did you allow BS.Player Pro to locally install codecs/filters at its installation?
You can establish the codecs/filters which are actually used for playback by BS.Player as follows (with the media file loaded!):
(rightclick >) Options > Filters > Advanced
