To reset all preferences, you should first exit BS.Player.
Then rename or delete the file BSPlayer.xml. (In this file BS.Player stores its main settings.)
Now, when restarting, BS.Player simply creates a new file.

Where to find this file BSplayer.xml?
If - upon installation - you didn't change the default location for BS.Player's settings, you can find it in ...
... for XP:
C:\ Documents and Settings \[UserName]\Application Data\BSplayer [PRO]
... for Vista/Win7:
C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\BSplayer [Pro]

C:\Documents and Settings\[usuario]\Application Data\BSplayer [PRO]
... para Vista/Win7:
C:\Users\[usuario]\ AppData\ Roaming\BSplayer [Pro]
