Hello Toutouno,
Did you try the [Reset to default] button in "Options"/"Preferences"/"Key definitions & WinLIRC" already (if you didn't redefine key shortcuts)?

P.S.:
Have you closed and restarted BSPlayer meanwhile?
Do keyboard shortcuts still function in other programs?
