Default Problems with MKV files

I use BSPlayer 2.5 free version with all codecs downloaded from the BSPlayer, i use Windows 7 as a operatings system with the latest Windows 7 codec pack 2.2.0 with all the codecs on it. I want to play the video file Home.2009.BDrip.720p.mkv (if somethings may help you from the name), I have a perfect video with no sound. I've tried every thing from the options in Preferences->Audio->Output and still nothing. when I played the same video in FLV player I have also the audio bat the video is not so great! please if there is some solution for this problem provide it! thanks

Usually, mkv files have AC3 sound and sometimes even DTS. Have you installed AC3Filter and DTSac3Source ?
