subtitles are not Showing

Hi ,

I have just installed B.S player

however , I'm having difficulties of watching the movie without the subtitles ...

As soon as I run the movie , an error shows up says " Failed to allocate subtitle surface , Subtitles will not be availabe !! "

Even if drag the subtitle into the movie , still is not showing .

Please help !!
