Unfortunately you fail to mention (Pro) version and build number.

(1) To reset BS.Player's settings (preferences) to default you only need to delete (or rename if you wish to be able to undo your action) the file in which most (general) settings are saved in, i.e. " BSplayer.xml".
You should - of course - do that when BS.Player is closed. Then, when you re-start BS.Player again, it will automatically create a new BSPlayer.xml-file.
This file's whereabouts depend on what you selected at installation, but you can e.g. also find it by using Window's search feature. This thread (click here) may also be of interest to you.
