It really was my favorite player but now Idk | On the other side, you can manage by yourself which codec to be used when decoding specific files. Other players don't do that. For example, you can use LAV Filters (which BSPlayer suggest you to install by default) or another HEVC decoder. Other players just use the default built-in decoder with no possibilities to switch to another (maybe better) decoder.
