Skins and multi-user support (under win XP) I'm a newcomer trying to use BSPlayer maybe for a week. I like it a lot, but... It seems all users have to use just one (the same) skin... Or didn't I "turn on" something? Thank you for any reasonable advice. |

rightclick > Options > Skins .... then select one. For other skins to download look (e.g.) here and here. (Item 6 of Help to Help hereunder)

Well... first - thank you for a prompt answer, but maybe I didn't write it clear. So: 1) I have a lot of skins. 2) I know how to select one. 3) I've installed BSPlayer as Admin under XP, I have chosen a skin there, used it for a while. Then I logged on as me - user, ran BSPlayer, change the skin, but I found out, that the skin changed also under Admin, and for other users too... :( So - is there a way how to select a differnet skin for every user in the system? |

I don't think you can. The settings for bsplayer are in the bsplayer.xml file, which resides in the program folder. That means it is the same for all users. I suppose your option is to create a shortcut to the desired skin file instead of to the .exe. This loads the exe automatically with the selected skin. The drawback is it slows down the load time by some milliseconds.
