Nope, you're wrong. E.g. I'm sure that the third skin here (Metallic SUBlime v1.bsz) has fast forward and backward, since that is a skin (the only one) which I made myself. And it surely isn't the only skin with fast forward and backward. I admit though, that you perhaps have to really look for them, though I just checked and already on the second skins-page found two nice skins by Seigo (MC-2_1024_18Feb2006 and NightRider_03Apr2006) with exactly those features! And on the third skins-page there is e.g. "WMP11_from_7Azimuth_1.0" ... etc. etc.  P.S.: Make sure that (when downloading) the skins have/get the file extension .bsz
